Established in 1990. Off The Dock Fresh Seafood was established in 1990 as a full line fresh and frozen seafood processor and distributor in the Midsouth area (TN, MS, AR). Over the years we have expanded our products to include over 1,600 varieties of the freshest meats, cheeses, seafood, and specialty foods available, making us much more than just a seafood company. Off The Dock Seafood Company operates out of two state-of-the-art, HACCP certified facilities in Tennessee. One facility, our headquarters, is located in Memphis, while the other one in Nashville. Our commitment to food quality and safety is ongoing and is of the utmost importance. We regularly perform voluntary self-imposed Silliker third party food safety audits that exceed FDA standards for food facilities. This ensures that our customers receive the very best & safest products available. We most recently implemented GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) SQF designation, the highest food safety standard in the industry.
